Can I Return My Hair Butler™?

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is DEFECTIVE.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required.

How Do I Start a Return?

  1. Email us at returns.hairbutler@gmail.com.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to include in your return shipment.
  3. Defective or incorrect items ship back free. For all other returns, you’ll cover return shipping.

When Will I Get My Refund?

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your item.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

  • Custom engraved or personalized Hair Butler™ tools (unless defective).
  • Clearance and final sale items.
  • Products not reported as defective within 48 hours of delivery.

What Happens if My Item Arrives Damaged?

  • Let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Depending on stock availability, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
