1. Name Engraving

  • Keep your tools organized and personalized.
  • $10 per tool (up to 30 characters)
  • +$5 for each additional 30 characters

2. Salon Logo Engraving

  • Show off your brand with clean, professional logo engraving.
  • $250 one-time artwork setup fee
  • $25 per tool with logo engraving

Artwork Requirements:

Please provide a high-resolution vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG). PNGs or JPEGs may be accepted for mockups, but final production requires clean vector artwork.

⚠️ Disclaimer (Updated — Please Read Carefully)

All engraving services are provided by The Secret Ingredient 333 LLC, an authorized reseller for Hair Butler LLC.

By submitting artwork or requesting engraving you represent and warrant that you own, or are properly licensed to use, the submitted designs, names, logos, or other content; and that such content does not violate any law, third-party right, or intellectual property right.

Prohibited Uses & Enforcement:
Unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, trade dress, or any design that infringes on a third party’s rights is strictly prohibited. Hair Butler LLC and The Secret Ingredient 333 LLC reserve the right to reject any artwork for any reason, including for potential infringement or quality concerns.

Legal Remedies:
Violations of these terms, including unauthorized engraving, reproduction, resale, or misuse of Hair Butler™ designs or branded products, will be taken seriously. Where violations occur, Hair Butler LLC and The Secret Ingredient 333 LLC will enforce their rights to the fullest extent permitted by law — which may include seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of legal costs through civil action.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hair Butler LLC and The Secret Ingredient 333 LLC (and their officers, employees, agents and affiliates) from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your submission, use, reproduction, or resale of engraved designs.

Final Approval & Production:
All engraving orders are subject to review and final approval. Production will proceed only after confirmation that artwork meets our specifications and does not raise legal or quality concerns.
