Is the Hair Butler™ compatible with every extension method?
Yes. The Hair Butler™ is fully customizable and adaptable with magnets and attachments. It organizes all tools — pliers, looper tool, crochet hook, scissors, combs, beads, thread, and even your water bottle.
Does the Hair Butler™ come with a tripod?
Not by default. Tripods are available in select bundles or through our recommended Amazon partners at three tested price points.
How do I clean and maintain my Hair Butler™?
Wipe with a soft cloth after each use. For accessories, ensure magnets are free of residue. Store in a cool, dry place.
Can I get my Hair Butler™ engraved?
Yes. Custom engraving is available on select models. Please note engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.
Who qualifies for wholesale orders?
Licensed professionals, salon owners, extension companies, and academies with a minimum monthly order. Proof of license is required.
Can I white-label the Hair Butler™?

How much can I earn as an affiliate?
Affiliates earn 22% commission on every sale referred.
How do I get paid?
Payouts are issued monthly on balances over $50. Earnings under $50 roll over to the next cycle.
Do I need to own a Hair Butler™ to join the affiliate program?
Yes. Affiliates must purchase the tool (with a 25% discount) so you can authentically promote it to your audience.
Do I need to be a licensed stylist to join?
Yes. Our program is exclusively for licensed professionals who create extension-based content.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days ONLY if the product is defective. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email returns.hairbutler@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include it in your shipment.
Are custom engraved items returnable?
No, unless defective.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Hair Butler™ is available in the U.S. only. We’re exploring international expansion soon.
