Return Eligibility

Customers can return the Hair Butler™ within 7 days of purchase ONLY IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and accessories. A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to initiate a return.

Return Process

Customers must contact customer service via email: returns.hairbutler@gmail.com.

Customer will receive a (RAN) Return Authorization Number that must be included with return shipment.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly. ALL OTHER RETURNS: Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products with custom engravings or personalized features cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Clearance items are FINAL SALES and are not returnable.
  • All products are carefully inspected before shipping. If a customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Options for resolution include the following:

  • Replacement, depending on item availability, or
  • Refund, if it fits within the specified parameters of our return policy.

Hair Butler™ reserves the right to update or modify this Sales Terms of Service at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policy prior to purchase.
