Can I Return My Hair Butler™?
- Returns are only accepted if the product is DEFECTIVE.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required.
How Do I Start a Return?
- Email us at returns.hairbutler@gmail.com.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to include in your return shipment.
- Defective or incorrect items ship back free. For all other returns, you’ll cover return shipping.
When Will I Get My Refund?
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your item.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
What Items Cannot Be Returned?
- Custom engraved or personalized Hair Butler™ tools (unless defective).
- Clearance and final sale items.
- Products not reported as defective within 48 hours of delivery.
What Happens if My Item Arrives Damaged?
- Let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
- Depending on stock availability, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
