Return Eligibility
Customers can return the Hair Butler™ within 7 days of purchase. ONLY IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and accessories.
A valid receipt, or order confirmation must be provided to initiate a return.
Return Process
Customer must contact customer service via email. [email protected]
Customer will receive a (RAN) Return Authorization number that must be included with return shipment.
Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly. ALL OTHER RETURNS Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days or receiving the returned item.
Restocking Fee of 15% will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products with custom engravings or personalized features cannot be returned unless defective.
Clearance Items are FINAL SALES and are not returnable.
Defective or Damaged-All products are carefully inspected before shipping. If customer receives a defective or damaged product, they should notify customer service within 48 hours or receipt.
Options for resolution include the following: Replacement, depending on item availability, or refund, if it fits within the specified perimeters of return our policy.
